Sponsor Recognition Levels

National Champions

  • $15,000 Donation (underwrite the event)
  • 3 to 4 VIP tables of 10.
  • Your company�s name as presenting sponsor of the event. "Presented by (your company's name)"
  • Corporate Reception.
  • Full page inside front cover ad in event program.
  • Your logo* on event program, invitation & Miracle for Madison and Friends website (with link).

  • $2,500 Donation

Orange bowl

  • $1000 - $2,499 Donation
  • 1 table of ten.
  • Quarter page ad in event program.
  • Name listed in event program.
  • Name displayed on table.

Fiesta bowl

  • $750 - $999
  • 1 table of ten.
  • Name listed in event program as a table sponsor.
  • Host an SMA family to attend event.
  • Name displayed on table.

Donations of in kind services are accepted; for example: printing, design, advertisement, video production, entertainment.

Commitment forms must be received by January 10, 2008 for corporate logo to be included on event invitation and March 1, 2008 for recognition in event program.
